We are out-of-network providers for insurance and nonparticipating providers for medicare. We do accept HSA (Health Savings Accounts) & FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts) for payment. Most pelople find that our pricing is similar to their health insurance’s copays. We can provide you with a Superbill receipt for possible reimbursement from your insurance provider.

This membership is fully customizable, and the monthly credit can be used toward any variety of services that are listed each month. Each member can share 1 membership rate service per month. There is a minimum of a 3 month commitment and a 30 day cancellation is required for all cancellations. If the membership is cancelled, the remaining dollar balance on the account is non-refundable, but will remain on your account for use of services at Austin Community Wellness at full price. The membership rates will no longer apply beyond the cancellation date.

All packages expire 1 year from the date they were purchased. They can be split with family and friends or traded for a gift card. If the pakcage expires and has not been fully used, then the full price of the services that were used will be deducted from the package price.
