Why Book Chiropractic Sessions?
Chiropractic care is an excellent source of healthcare for overall wellness. It is a noninvasive and effective option for improving the neuro-immune system. Chiropractic aims to decrease interference to the nervous system and increase the body’s ability to heal itself naturally.
Adults can experience a large variety of traumas throughout their lives including birth traumas, nerve entrapments, mild to severe traumas throughout childhood, sports injuries and workplace traumas that can lead to a cumulative buildup of scar tissue in various parts of the body. When enough scar tissue has built up in a certain part of the body, the joint can become immobilized.
Dr. Sarah offers longer chiropractic sessions that include any or all of the techniques that she offers. Those techniques include Manual Chiro Adjustments, Activator Methods, Webster Technique, Massage Therapy, and/or Graston.
This allows more time to assess your conditions and utilize any of her specialties you prefer during the time scheduled.

The Premise Behind Chiropractic Philosophy
The premise behind chiropractic philosophy is to encourage the body to function optimally by adding stimulus to the nervous system and allowing the body to heal itself. In most cases, chiropractic care can resolve most of the signs and symptoms that are contributing to the development of the condition by focusing on the root cause instead of simply masking signs and symptoms. Our goals in our clinic are always designed to bring balance back to the body, so you leave here functioning optimally to live your best life.
